Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IITM BS Learning Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by IITM BS Learning and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content Usage Rights:

✓No redistribution without permission
✓Proper attribution required for shared content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IITM BS Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Important: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
